Your use of the Website or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

 

General T&C's

C & E Sorrento Skin & Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the Website. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the Website when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our Website.

Shipping Time and Method

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you through Australia Post. Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch of your order.Shipping prices are a flat rate of $10.00. If you spend over $100, shipping is free.

Orders are dispatched Tuesday  – Friday (Saturdays and Sundays  are our  busy periods). Please note any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped next day. Goods are shipped from our despatch centre in Sorrento, Victoria. You can expect us to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it, in most cases. We do not post on weekends. Please allow longer during peak times and clearance sales. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order. Please note that quoted shipping time frames are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to ship out on the day of the order.

Regular post is 3-5 business days, Australia-wide only. Please monitor shipping from when ‘dispatched email’ is received.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times, e.g Christmas and Easter. C & E SORRENTO SKIN & BEAUTY does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). No signature is required for delivery.

C & E SORRENO SKIN & BEAUTY does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit.

Return Policy

We do not accept return of goods that have been opened or tampered with. Please contact us to resolve any issues before returning the product.

You are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt if your item is deemed damaged. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to OUR SALON 2/56 Kerferd Ave Sorrento Vic 3943 with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging.

We will send you a store credit for the cost of the item only. We do offer exchanges by prior arrangement.

Some items are not returnable due to change of mind, including, but not limited to, custom or special order items.

If you have purchased items on clearance or at a sale price, no refunds or credits will be given if you have simply changed your mind or have no use for the item.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us for advice. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) items that are considered faulty, according to our obligation by law. Our consumer guarantee policy for minor or major product faults up to 7 days after purchase entitles consumers to repair, replacement or refund which will be assessed on a case by case basis. Anything beyond this is deemed as reasonable use unless otherwise stated by suppliers. In these cases we will follow up with suppliers regarding their warranties. In this instance you must supply proof of purchase and images of the said faulty items.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders once placed via the our website are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact us salon@sorrentoskinandbeauty.com.au as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it, however a store credit may be offered for future use.

Usage of Items

Our products including creams, serums, lotions, gels, and packaging are not to be left in the possession of young children. Adult supervision is required at all times that our products are in use. Please keep all products out of reach of small children. *Choking hazard.

Incorrect Information at Checkout

We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information at check out. If you have input your address incorrectly and have not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped you will have to wait until the package is returned back to the salon before we can re-send. 

Special Offers

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. These offers may be for a limited time only.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time, there may be information on our website or in our catalogue that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability. To the extent permitted by law, C&E SORRENTO SKIN & BEAUTY reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: BOOKING

When you book an appointment at C&E Skin & Beauty, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Thank you for taking the time to read, understand & appreciate how we can bring you the best customer service.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that whilst sometimes you need to change your beauty schedule, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hrs notice.

Cancellations or not showing up within 24hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge for treatments booked. Beauty Packages, Special Offers and gift vouchers are non refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive pproximately 15 mins before to your appointment. This will allow you enough time to complete our beauty consultation form, meet with your beauty therapist and be completely ready for your beauty experience.

As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late arrival to your appointment may mean your appointment will be cut short, to allow us to remain on time for our next client and our standard fees will still apply
